Hello admin and team,

I have send 50 hours ago a support ticket but I got no answer.

At this moment I am bronze membership and that should instant payment. 

But I asked payout on 7 april but still not recieved it. I made a support ticket on 8 april but no answer why my payment is still pending.

Please give me an answer

I got answer that admin was on holiday and come back on 27 april and I got advice to re-invest , so cancel payout and transfer to purchase and buy shares again. 

But today my support ticket was gone and so I got not an answer why others got paid and I not. Okay my request was $110 but I have made a deposit of $100 so strange that they not can paid that. 

I only hope that only admin can made such hugh payments.
